Pricing and Payment Policy
Glamping Resorts Ltd requires a 50% deposit for all reservations in order to hold your spot, with the remaining 50% due the day of check-in. Any additional charges, including cleaning or damage fees, will be charged to the credit card on file within 2 business days of check-out.
Rates are based on double occupancy (2 adults) and additional fees apply for extra adults in a unit up to the maximum capacity of the unit. Unit maximum capacities are for guest health and safety, and guests who exceed these maximums may be asked not to return.
Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
There is a 2-night minimum stay in general, with a 3-night minimum stay enforced on holiday weekends and in the late autumn/winter season for locations which have availability.
Glamping Resorts Ltd is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
If your travel plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, please note that the following fees will apply based on the time between when you make your initial request to cancel and your check-in date:
- 22 or more days before check-in: refund of payment less the booking fee
- 14-21 days before check-in: refund of payment less a 10% cancellation fee based on reservation subtotal
- 7-13 days before check-in: refund of payment less a 15% cancellation fee based on reservation subtotal
- 4-6 days before check-in: refund of payment less a 20% cancellation fee based on reservation subtotal
- 3 days or fewer before check-in: no refund of payments received
A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of cancellation and an automated email will be sent to the guests. Refunds may take 3-5 days to reflect on customer statement. Refunds on reservations booked more than 180 days prior to cancellation must be processed by e-transfer.
Glamping is an outdoor experience and our resorts proudly promote the responsible exploration of nature. While every effort is taken to ensure your comfort, please note that there will be no refunds provided for discomforts of being in nature including insects or bugs such as ticks and spiders, temperature changes except where changes create an unsafe operating condition, or fire bans.
For your comfort and safety, if outside temperatures drop below or rise above safe operating temperatures for our heating units, or if conditions are unsafe due to circumstances outside our control (road impassibility, wildfire, extreme weather, animal migration), the resort may close. If you have a reservation booked during one of these situations, your payment will be fully refunded for the untenable portion of your stay and you will receive a $50 gift voucher for use on a future reservation.
Glamping Resorts Ltd allows up to one (1) well-behaved pet per unit. An initial non-refundable pet fee of $20.00 per night will be charged to my account upon arrival, and a valid credit card number must remain on file.
Pet is not authorized to be left in the dome/tent when the guest leaves the dome/tent, and pet must be on a leash when outside of dome/tent. Guests are responsible for clean up after the pet and properly disposing of waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated. Damages caused by the pet to accommodation, furnishings, or any other part of the resort are the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests will be charged an additional fee based on the specific damage. Guest room is subject to damage inspection upon check-out.
If management receives multiple complaints related to noise or disruption, alternative arrangements must be made for the pet. The non-refundable pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has been in the unit.
Glamping Resorts are located in areas with known wildlife visitors, so it is for the safety and security of our guests, their pets, and the local wildlife that guests must adhere to these policies.
Cleaning Fee Policy
Guests are requested to leave their units in a tidy state upon check-out, having placed garbage in appropriate receptacles and having washed any dishes. In the case of excessive mess, damage, or indications of smoking within the unit, guests will be charged a $200 cleaning fee.
Due to the changing nature of COVID-19 in Canada, we reserve the right to alter and update our policy at our sole discretion and in keeping with the rules and regulations of the provinces in which we are located.
Resort and Guest Policy
Glamping Resorts Ltd is proud to offer luxuriously comfortable camping accommodations to our guests, and is committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety. It is our hope that guests enjoy their vacation with us and continue to return with friends and family year after year.
In order to support the enjoyment of our guests, persons who exhibit dangerous or unwelcome behaviour may be asked to leave the site and forfeit payment.
Our resorts observe a quiet time from 11:00PM until 9:00am daily.
Outside visitors may from time to time tour the resorts to look at the accommodations. Glamping Resorts Ltd offers the accompaniment of our resort manager for these tours and require visitors not to disturb our guests. Each accommodation is equipped with a “Reserved/Available” reversible sign to clearly indicate which unit may be unoccupied and available for viewing. Visitors are required not to approach accommodations indicated as “Reserved” unless invited by the guest(s) at that unit.
Speed limits while on-site at Glamping Resorts locations are 20km/hr unless posted otherwise.
In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Where registration is required, the visitor’s email will be stored on the server.
The information collected is used to enhance your experience when using the website. E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to third parties. If you have registered your email and consented to receive messages from Glamping Resorts Ltd, e-mail may be sent to inform you of updates or special offers. If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in e-mail that you receive.
